Man describes pipe bomb in 911 call after East Chicago post office explosion
Chicago Tribune 6 at the East Chicago Post Office remained calm as he reported the incident, a tape of the call obtained by the Post-Tribune shows. The man, whose name was not releaseed, told a Lake County 911 dispatcher he was at a post office and something exploded. |
