Student tries eBay to pay UVa. bill (WAVY 10)

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (AP) – Online auction site eBay didn’t prove as successful as a University of Virginia had hoped. Thirty-year-old Zack Ketz tried to use the site to get someone to foot the bill for his school expenses.
