‘Sorry’ over postal woes (Coventry Evening Telegraph)

ROYAL MAIL bosses have issued an apology to disgruntled Coventry customers after a catalogue of complaints. Dozens of angry readers have written to the Telegraph over the last few months criticising the level of service.
