The monarch, 46, stunned in a blue, white and orange patterned midi by Sandro today, as she attended the fifth edition of Discapnet awards in Madrid, Spain.

Letizia completed her outfit with a thin blue belt worn around her waist to cinch in her petite frame.

Former journalist Letizia was in attendance to hand out prizes recognising initiatives in the Information and Communication Technologies field to improve the quality of life of people with disabilities, and organisations working to improve access to technology.
