Bonfiglioli gears up with move to refurbished Warrington unit

Professional services firm JLL has advised on the letting of a 26,005 sq ft industrial unit at Calver Quay in Warrington to Bonfiglioli UK by landlord LondonMetric.

The manufacturer of gear-motors and gear-boxes has taken a 15-year lease on the refurbished unit on Calver Road, paying £6.50 per sq ft. The unit will be used predominantly for storage of their products.

Calver Quay, located one mile away from Junction nine of the M62, is adjacent to the Royal Mail North West Distribution Centre.
