Post times shake-up hits Havering (Romford Recorder)

ROYAL Mail began a shake-up of collection times this week – and Havering is leading the way. Some collections are being cranked forward by up to an hour-and-a-half as the mail giant looks to get letters into its sorting offices sooner, and into people’s homes earlier next day.
