Money Heist is much different from your typical American TV series, since it blends action, drama, comedy and other elements simultaneously.

The first two seasons centered on The Professor (Alvaro Morte), who recruits a wide array of criminals to pull off a heist at the Royal Mint of Spain.

The show highlights, ‘the marginalized, how they find a way forward. It’s something we can all identify with,’ said Avalos.
