Final Line Up Revealed for Annual Awards for Excellence in Logistics, Transport and Beyond

London Ceremony in October will See CILT Winners Crowned

UK – The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) has announced the finalists for its prestigious CILT Annual Awards for Excellence 2019, as the association celebrates its centenary year. An important date for many in the logistics and transport professionals’ calendars, the CILT awards ceremony celebrates those individuals and organisations who have delivered outstanding innovation, tangible societal benefits and proven commercial success within the UK logistics, transport, and productions and operations management sectors over the last 12 months.

The winners will be announced on Thursday 17th October at the Royal Lancaster Hotel, London. Kevin Richardson, Chief Executive, CILT (UK), said:

“The Institute’s Annual Awards for Excellence celebrate the brightest talent and outstanding organisations, raising standards and sharing best practice throughout the profession. They are the ultimate seal of approval for all those involved in the movement of goods and people and their associated supply chains.

“This year, to celebrate CILT’s centenary, we will come together to celebrate exceptional performance, commemorate achievements and recognise incredible innovation as we create a profession that is fit for the next 100 years.”

As CILT received a record breaking number of entries for this year’s Annual Awards for Excellence, and the expert judging panel had an extremely difficult task of selecting the finalists across all of the 11 award categories.
