Rumours of a “rift” between Prince Harry and Meghan Markle and Prince William and Kate Middleton have been rife for months – and now a new report has suggested why.
The foursome, dubbed the “fab four” apparently came head to head after Harry spoke to brother William and his wife Kate and read them “the riot act”.
A source has claimed that Meghan kept a “stony silence” during the speech, which apparently took William and Kate completely by surprise.
According to the UK Mail On Sunday, Harry asked for the Royal duo to be nicer to Meghan and to offer her more support in what has been described as a “showdown”.
Apparently, Kate even sent Meghan flowers the next day, after taking the chat seriously.
The alleged conversation happened ahead of their wedding. A spokesperson for the Royal Family declined to comment on the report.
Over the last few months, there has been a noticeable distance between the four, with Harry and Meghan separating from the royal household to start their own house, and they also launched their own Instagram page.
Kate and Meghan have faced multiple allegations of a feud, but the Royal Family have never officially commented.
