Delivery Group takes 138,000 sq ft mail hub at Warrington

The deal with Mountpark Logistics sees the group take one of four units developed in Mountpark at the Omega site close to junction 8 of the M62 motorway.

 

The Delivery Group, which is the UK’s fastest growing ecommerce and specialist distribution company, is consolidating its North West operations in the new facility, which also has space for further expansion. They handle of a billion items a year.



A neighbouring unit of 346,000 sq ft, also developed by Mountpark, was let to Royal Mail in 2018.

Omega is just 3 miles from the M6/M62 interchange and midway between Manchester and Liverpool, providing access to a population of 2.5 million within a 30 minute drive time.

Existing Omega occupiers include: The Hut Group, ASDA, Amazon and Hermes Parcelnet.  Two units of 91,247 and 184,537 sq ft are available for immediate occupation.
