Weir bolts to a 61 (The Electric New Paper)

MIKE Weir’s goal before the PGA Tour’s FedEx Cup playoffs was to get off to faster starts in tournaments. He reached that goal on Friday, on a warm, calm afternoon in the opening round of the Deutsche Bank Championship, when he came roaring out of the blocks like the sprinter Usain Bolt.
