FedEx Express announced changes in hours for package pick-ups and drop-offs today in the Wilmington area as Tropical Storm Hanna headed for landfall.According to FedEx spokeswoman Sally Davenport in Memphis: Items for pick-up at regular stops must be ready by 1 p.m.
