White powdery substance found at Gladstone post office was household starch (The Kansas City Star)

The Kansas City Fire Department’s hazardous materials crew was called to the Gladstone Post Office, 7170 Broadway, shortly after 7 a.m. to investigate a white powder that was found in the entryway.
