Publication of such lists are in the spirit of justice being done and seen to be done. It includes the defendants’ addresses, ages, their offences and the outcomes of the hearings. Victims’ names have been omitted.
Where someone’s address is listed as ‘NFA’ it means they have no fixed abode.

Monday, March 16
Benjamin Tindall, 29, of Lagos House in Wade Street
Admitted obstructing a police officer at Keynsham on November 5 last year as well as possessing 3.05g of cocaine, 10.1g of the drug spice. He received a community order with a tagged curfew.
Lee Wilson, 38, NFA
Admitted failing to comply with supervision and notification requirements as well as theft of fragrances from Boots in Eastgate last month and washing tablets from Spar in Greenbank in January. He was jailed for 26 weeks.
Patrick Fitzgibbon, 50, of Durville Road in Headley Park
Admitted driving an uninsured Mitsubishi without an MOT on Bedminster Down Road on March 15 when over the alcohol limit. He had 45 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, the limit being 35. He was fined £430 and banned from driving for a year.
Joaqim Moreiria Da Silva, 56, of Whittock Road in Stockwood
Found guilty of failing to provide a urine sample to police on December 24 last year but admitted failing to surrender to magistrates. He was fined £170.
Sarah Skinner, 45, of Willinton Road in Knowle
Admitted driving an uninsured BMW in Knowle on September 24 last year while disqualified. She was fined £237.
Garry Buck, 27, of Lancaster Street in Barton Hill
Admitted damaging an Apple iPad and passport on September 19 and in July last year and conditionally discharged for a year.
Lee Kemp, 48, of Grace Road in Staple Hill
Pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman in Frenchay on January 12. He was handed a community order with 60 hours’ unpaid work and a restraining order.
Martyn Bush, 39, of Borleyton Walk in Withywood
Admitted stealing a packets from Royal Mail between July and October last eyar. He was sent to prison for 16 weeks, suspended for a year.
Jeffery Hayward, 47, of Bladed Buildings, Bath
Found guilty of causing £1,500 damage at The Quasar Building, The Ambury, Bath, on June 7 2018. He was given a community order with 80 hours’ unpaid work and was and ordered to pay £1,500 compensation.
Tuesday, March 17
Gabriel Clarke, 39, of Fromeside Clinic in Blackberry Hill, Stapleton
Admitted two assaults at the clinic on August 15 last year. He was ordered to pay £400 compensation.
Ricky Cousins, 31, of Willow House in Hartcliffe
Admitted breaching a supervision requirement as well as theft of a bank card on February 25, breaching a restraining order on March 15 and February 25 and making off from a taxi without payment on February 2. He was jailed for 42 days.
James Parsons, 20, of Whittock Road in Bristol
Admitted having two kitchen knives at West Town Lane on March 15. He was jailed for two months, suspended for 12 months.
Sophie Jane Allen-Hall, 33, of Stapleton Road
Admitted stealing £183.50 worth of cosmetics from Boots in The Galleries on January 15. She received a six-month conditional discharge and was ordered to pay £183.50 compensation. She also admitted stealing £258 worth of cosmetics from Sally’s Salon in Broadmead on March 12 and received a six-month conditional discharge with £258 compensation.
Alexander Morrison, 41, of Sandhurst in Yate
Admitted driving a Volkswagen while over te the drink drive limit in Stafford on February 9. He was tested to have 56 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The limit is 35. He was fined £120 and banned from driving for 14 months.
Naushad Azam, 33, of Hopetoun House in St Werburghs
Admitted assaulting three emergency worker in Marlborough Street and at Bristol Royal Infirmary on February 28. He received 24 weeks’ prison suspended for 12 months.
Regan Daggar, 23, of New Fosseway Road
Admitted drug driving in a Ford Transit van in Knowle on November 20 last year. He was fined £323 and banned from driving for 12 months.
Craig James, 50, of Red Admiral Way in Thornbury
Admitted driving a Vauxhall while over the alcohol limit on the A4174 at Staple Hill on February 29. He was handed a community order and banned from driving for 23 months.
Jordan Llewellyn-Adderley, 20, of Brereton Way, Bristol
Admitted driving at Lawrence Weston on February 29 when over the alcohol limit. He was tested to have 41 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The limit is 35. He was fined £204 and banned from driving for 12 months.
Martin Peacock, 33, of Pendennis Road in Staple Hill
Admitted drug driving a Nissan at St Phillips as well as possessing drugs ketamine and amphetamine on November 11 last year. He was given a community order and banned from driving for 24 months.
Ryan Boyce, 23, of Long Eaton Drive in Hengrove
Admitted driving a Renault Traffic van on Wells Road, Knowle, when over the alcohol limit. He was tested to have 41 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The limit is 35. He was fined £80 and banned from driving for a year.
Vasile Boz, 52, NFA
Admitted assault at McColls Temple Way in The Square, Redcliffe, on February 28. He was conditionally discharged for 12 months.
Lee Christopher, 25, of Wootton Road in St Annes
Admitted harassment and assaulting an emergency worker in Millenium Square, Bristol, on February 29. He was handed a community order with 100 hours’ unpaid work.
David Pizzey, 30, of Teviot Road in Keynsham
Admitted drug driving on the A4174 in Bristol on December 20 last year. He was fined £120 and banned from driving for three years.
Paul Smitheran, 37, of Ronayne Walk in Oldbury Court
Admitted driving in Fishponds Road on February 29 while over the alcohol limit. He was tested to have 91 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The limit is 35. He was given a community order with 100 hours’ unpaid work and was banned from driving for 25 months.
Jack Webb, 23, of Holdenhurst Road in St George
Admitted driving in Hillside Avenue on February 16 when over the alcohol limit and failing to stop after an accident. He was tested to have 61 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The limit is 35. He was fined £525 and banned from driving for 17 months.
Tyrone Williams, 25, of Redvers Street in Newport
Admitted damaging a police vehicle in Bristol on February 16. He received a six-month conditional discharge with £85 costs.
Errol Miller, 39, of Langton Way in St Annes
Admitted stealing £8 worth of toiletries from Boots at Cribbs Causeway on January 14. He also admitted stealing coats worth £380 from Jack Wills at Cribbs Causeway on January 8 and clothes from Superdry at Cribbs Causeway on January 14. He was jailed for 24 weeks and ordered to pay compensation.

Karl Hosznyak, 56, of Beggarswell Close in St Pauls
Admitted stealing a coat worth £250 from Slater menswear at Union Gallery, Broadmead, on November 27 last year. He was fined £40 with £229 compensation.
Liam Budds, 25, NFA
Admitted failing to comply with supervision requirements and was jailed for 14 days.
Dylan Lowe, 54, of Holly Brook Park in Bristol
Admitted breaching the community requirement of a suspended sentence. He was fined £50.
Alexander Densley, 21, NFA
Admitted breaching supervision requirements and was fined £80.
James Garner, 45, NFA
Failed to comply with supervision requirements, He was jailed for seven days.
Robert Haskins, 37, of Stillhouse Lane in Bedminster
Made the subject of a domestic violence protection order for 28 days.
Shaun Lock, 33, of Clouds Hill Road
Made the subject of a domestic violence protection order for 28 days.

Samuel Tripney, 34, of 38 Upper Station Road, Staple Hill
Handed a domestic violence protection order for 28 days.
Colton Miles, 27, of The Fourcastle, Down Road, Alveston
Admitted damaging two windows in Bradley Stoke and breaching a restraining order on February 21. He was jailed for 16 weeks.
Samantha Parker, 31, of Salcombe Road in Knowle
Admitted failing to comply with a community order and received 12 weeks’ jail, suspended for 12 months.
Cid Prosper, 25, Elmore Road in Horfield
Admitted failing to comply with a supervision requirement and received 30 hours’ unpaid work.
Thursday, March 19
Scott Blyth, 36, of Maisemore in Yate
Admitted breaching a restraining order between February 10 and 24 and received 26 weeks suspended for 24 months.
Kyle Colfer, 30, NFA
Admitted stealing beauty products from Boots in Broadmead on January 19 and stealing alcohol from Poco Cafe on December 16 last year.
He also admitted failing to surrender to magistrates and breaching a community order. He was jailed for 20 weeks.
Zerron Martin, 26, of Fulford Walk in Hartcliffe
Admitted possessing 12.4g of cannabis in Hartcliffe on November 5 last year. He was fined £140.
Neil Smart, 41, NFA
Admitted damaging a telephone at Logos House in Wade Street on February 24. He was fined £95. He also admitted failing to surrender to magistrates on March 12 and was fined £50.
Carlton Desouza, 59, of The Anchorage, Portishea
Admitted driving a Volvo on Gloucester Road, Almondsbury, on February 18, while disqualified. He was given a community order with 100 hours’ unpaid work.
Jessica Kennedy, 29, of Ronayne Walk in Oldbury Court
Pleaded guilty to stealing a razor blade from Boots in Gallagher Retail Park on November 5 last year. She also admitted stealing candles and a fragrance set from the store the next day. She was fined £60 and ordered to pay compensation.
Thomas Wade, 25, of Longs Drive in Yate
Admitted damaging a car in Westerleigh Road on September 8 last year. He received a 12-month conditional discharge and was told to pay £650 compensation.
Danuiel Willis, 38, of Thistle Street in Bedminster
Admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour in Southville on December 23 last year. He was conditionally discharged for 12 months.
Andrea Zarcan, 32, of Paul Alan House in Witchell Road in Redfield
Pleaded guilty to driving a Citroen while over the alcohol limit at Lawrence Hill on March 3. He was tested to have 49 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The limit is 35. He was fined £120 and banned from driving for a year.
Ashley Payne, 31, of Knowle Road in Totterdown
Pleaded guilty to assault in Totterdown on December 18 last year. He also admitted stealing meat from the Co-op in Totterdown on the same day. He was jailed for 10 weeks suspended for 12 months.
Thomas Sales, 19, of Old Manor Close in Wootton-under-Edge
Admitted three assaults in Bond Street, Bristol, on November 1 last year. He was handed a community order with 150 hours’ unpaid work and £300 compensation.
John McKeown, 45, of Eastland Road in Thornbury
Handed a domestic violence protection order made for 28 days.
Tina Rees, 38, of Charlton Lane, Bristol
Admitted driving uninsured, failing to stop for police and failing to co-operate with a preliminary drugs test in Charlton Road on March 5. She was fined £120.
Mark Adams, 43, of Boulevard, Weston-super-Mare
Admitted with Dean Jones stealing cheese worth £110.90 from Tesco on October 7, as well as meat worth £80 from the Co-op. He was jailed for three weeks.
Stephen Cave, 38, of Browning Close in Exeter
Admitted stealing three bottles of whisky from Marks and Spencer in Broadmead on January 10 as well as a jacket worth £199 from Mountain Warehouse. He was jailed for six weeks.
Shannon Davies, 22, HMP Eastwood Park
Assaulted a prison guard on November 15. She was jailed for six weeks.
Shawn Dibble, 41, of Filton Avenue, Bristol
Admitted driving an uninsured VW Golf without an MOT while disqualified and without due care and attention in Wilder Street, St Pauls, and failing to stop after an accident on July 2 last year. He was jailed for 12 weeks and banned from driving for 18 months.
Yousef Harwood, 23, address unknown
Admitted breaching a supervision order and sent to prison for seven days.
Darren Campbell, 36, of West Grove in Montpelier
Admitted causing harassment, alarm or distress by using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour at Blenheim Court on May 19. He also admitted failing to surrender to police custody. He received an 18-month conditional discharge and was told to pay £100 compensation.
Liam Churchley, 31, of Springleaze in Knowle
Admitted stealing headphones worth £380 from Tesco in Brislington on October 17 last year. He also admitted failing to surrender to magistrates and stealing five jackets worth £975 from Taunton Leisure in Bedminster. He was jailed for 11 weeks.
Jeremiah Smith, 34, of HMP Bristol
Found guilty of verbally abusing magistrates and was jailed for 28 days.
Friday, March 20
Stephen Harper, 52, NFA
Admitted stealing alcohol and cash valued at £3,223.15 from The Old Duke Public House, 45 King Street, Bristol, on October 6 last year.
He also failing to comply with a community order and was jailed for 16 weeks.
Karl Short, 35, of Mancroft Avenue in Lawrence Weston
Pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order in Coronation Road, Southville, on March 19. He was jailed for 24 weeks.
James Connors, 37, of Arkell Avenue, Carterton
Admitted failing to provide a specimen of breath at Patchway Police Centre on December 19 and 28 last year. He was given a community order with 100 hours’ unpaid work and banned from driving for 12 months.
Jason Higgs, 35, of Millmead House in Silcox Road, Hartcliffe
Pleaded guilty to stealing Lynx deodorant from Wilko in East Street, Bedminster, on February 2, and failing to surrender to police on March 19. He was given a community order with a nine-week curfew.
Jeeteander Singh, 37, of Honeysuckle Close in Bradley Stoke
Consented not to be intoxicated and bound over in the sum of £50 for 12 months to keep the peace after an incident in Bradley Stoke on March 19.
Tapi Basvi, 18, of Weston Close in Sea Mills
Admitted drug driving in Bristol on November 15 last year. He was fined £184 and banned from driving for 15 months.
James Caswell, 41, of Kildare Road in Knowle
Admitted drug driving in Brislington on September 21 last year. He was fined £75 and banned from driving for 36 months.
Katie Guy, 34, of Greystoke Gardens in Southmead
Admitted possessing 7.9 grams of amphetamine in Bristol on January 21. She was fined £80.
David Meade, 65, of Portland Drive in Portishead
Admitted driving a Hyundai in High Street, Portishead, when over the alcohol limit. He was tested to have 68 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The limit is 35. He was fined £998 and banned from driving for 18 months.
Douglas Sealey, 66, of Bossington Drive in Taunton
Admitted soliciting another for the purpose of prostitution in Eastville on February 11. He was fined £323.
Nicholas Snow, 40, of Kingsway Avenue in St George
Admitted stealing Pokemon cards from Asda in Patchway on February 22 and 23 last year. He was given a community order and fined £40.
Ryan Cormack, 25, of Wellgarth Walk in Knowle
Admitted damaging property at Hyatts Wood Road in Backwell on September 30. He was fined £80 with £1,893 compensation. He also admitted stealing goods from the Co-op in Redcliffe on October 30 last year and assault and was given a community order.
Gemma Clarke, 27, of Hungerford Road, Bristol
Admitted assaulting emergency workers in Bristol on February 1 and was handed a community order with a curfew.
Diana Mallaney, 68, of The Furlong, Henleaze
admitted assaulting an emergency worker in Southmead on October 5 and was fined £246.
Alexander Brown, 58, of Roseberry Park in St George
Admitted having a knuckle duster and cannabis in Clayton Street, Easton, on January 24. He was given a community order with 150 hours of unpaid work.
Simon Prestidge, 43, of Jamaica Street Hostel
Admitted harassment in Cabot Circus on June 27 last year and received a two-year conditional discharge.
Jack Bryan, 21, of Beaufort Road in Downend
Found guilty of riding an uninsured scrambler motorcycle on Pomphrey Hill playing fields, Mangotsfield, on February 9 last year. He was fined £660 with costs of £775.
Saturday, March 21
Christina Howell, 32, NFA
Admitted assault on March 19 in Bristol. She was made the subject of a restraining order and fined £80.
John McKeown, 45, NFA
Admitted breaching a domestic violence protection order in Bristol on March 21. He was sent to prison for 21 days.
Reuben Webb, 36, NFA
Admitted damaging a TV worth £189.99 belonging to the Salvation Army in Wade Street on March 18.
He also admitted damaging a door belonging to Block Management Ltd, damaging a window, stealing six Lambretta jackets from Slaters in The Galleries on March 19.
He was jailed for 24 weeks and ordered to pay £189.99 compensation.
