U.S. Stock-Index Futures Gain; FedEx, Lehman Brothers Advance (Bloomberg.com)

Sept. 10 (Bloomberg) — U.S. stock-index futures rose after forecasts from FedEx Corp. and Texas Instruments Inc. allayed concern that earnings will keep slowing and Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. surged 23 percent before announcing “key strategic initiatives.”
