Scott Group appoints new HR director

Scott Group has appoint their first ever Group HR director.

Gill Gorman joins the Dunfermline-based pallet business having previously had 25 years worth of HR experience at companies such as Scotbeef, Royal Mail and the Co-op.

Gorman will lead the business HR teams as well as being a part of the company’s senior management team, where she will be responsible for defining and driving forward Scott Group’s people strategy, enabling the company vision and values to be brought to life.
