Planning applications received by Sevenoaks District Council this week include:

• Removal of payphone outside Royal Mail delivery office in  High Street, Edenbridge.
• Demolition of garage. Two storey side extension, single storey rear extension, new tiled roof to existing canopy and enlarged covered area to front door at 13 Larkfield Road, Bessels Green.
• Removal of existing single storey dwelling and construction of replacement detached dwelling with solar panels and associated landscaping at Hillside,
  Uckfield Lane, Hever, Kent.
• Replacement of existing conservatory with orangery style extension with roof lantern at Acorns, Mapleton Road, Four Elms, Kent.
• Installation of a new base station in field north west of bridge over M25 near Park Gate Road, Orpington.
• Change of use from agricultural use to dwelling house at Skeet Hill Farm, Daltons Road, Chelsfield, Orpington.
• Conversion of two existing barns to three residential dwellings including provision of dwellings private amenity space and car parking at Pollyhaugh Farm, Bower Lane, Eynsford.
• Demolition of existing two-storey rear extension, formation of a new two-storey rear extension with roof lights, and alterations to the existing rear-facing dormer windows at Mariners Lodge, Old London Road, Knockholt.
• Use of the land for the stationing of a mobile home for ancillary family accommodation at Pettings Court, Hodsoll Street, Hodsoll Street.
• Works to various trees at the old burial ground, High Street, Leigh, Kent.
• Construction of detached timber framed outbuilding at 27 Truggers Cottages, Truggers Lane, Chiddingstone Hoath, Kent.
• Raising the roof to facilitate a first floor above garage, and single storey extension to ancillary outbuilding at Larkfield House, Saints Hill, Penshurst.
• Demolition of existing dwelling house and garage and replacement with new dwelling house and garage and associated landscaping at Little Wood, Woodland Rise, Sevenoaks.
• Proposed two storey rear extension, addition of rooflights and patio to rear of 1 Chipstead Park, Sevenoaks.
• Removal of roof, two-storey front extension, second storey extension and new roof at Meadow Lodge, Wellmeade Drive, Sevenoaks.
• Erection of a side extension at 29 Croydon Road, Westerham.
