A woman has died after an air ambulance landed at the scene of a ‘medical emergency’ this morning.
An East Anglian air ambulance was spotted landing near Fullbridge in Maldon, Essex at around 10am today (September 15).
Three ambulances also rushed to the address in Maldon following reports of a medical emergency.
Despite the best efforts of paramedics at the scene, a woman was pronounced dead.
The incident happened close to the Sunny Sailor pub and Royal Mail Delivery Office.

An East of England Ambulance Service spokesperson confirmed the tragic news this afternoon.
In a statement, the spokesperson said: “Three ambulances, a Community First Responder, an ambulance officer vehicle and East Anglian Air Ambulance were called to an address in Maldon this morning (Sept 15), following reports of a woman with a medical emergency.
“Sadly, despite the best efforts of all involved, the woman died a the scene.”
The air ambulance was filmed leaving the area at around 10am, while ambulances remained parked in Mill Lane for some time.
