LETTER – Let postal vans use the bus lanes in Southampton

Most of the buses have no one on them, there are very few cyclists and those there are are still using the pavement rather than the expensive cycle lanes.

As people are warned about their on line shipping arriving for Christmas, why not temporarily allow postal vehicles (Royal Mail, Hermes, DPD etc) use these lanes to speed up postal deliveries.
