Stamps set to ink deal with receiver Arthur (Canada.com)

Patience is about to pay off for the Calgary Stampeders. The Stamps are expected to announce today that they have signed rookie receiver Jabari Arthur, a player they picked in the first round, sixth overall, of the 2007 Canadian Football League draft.
