More than 200 truckers from nearly 10 states have planned a large convoy through Capitol Hill to protest high fuel prices. Members of Truckers and Citizens United planned to drive their tractor-trailers from FedEx Field in suburban Maryland to 3rd Street and Independence Avenue in southwest Washington for a rally Tuesday.
