A truck driver was killed and his passenger was critically injured this morning when a FedEx tractor-trailer crashed into the back of a slow-moving 18-wheeler and burst into flames on Interstate 20 in Ruston. The wreck shut down all lanes of the interstate at one point. Killed was the FedEx
