‘It hasn’t arrived yet!’ Royal Mail informs customers about parcel delays in 29 postcodes.

ROYAL MAIL experienced delays over the holiday season, and some areas are still experiencing late parcel deliveries, according to the company.

Royal Mail is still experiencing delays, despite the fact that they are less severe than in the run-up to Christmas.

Customers have been informed as to which postcodes in the country are currently affected by the company.

Royal Mail has stated that it is doing its best to deliver parcels across the United Kingdom, but late deliveries are currently affecting several areas of the country.

The company’s website has been updated to keep customers up to date on the status of their service.

It said it uses an air, rail, and road network to transport letters and parcels between its distribution hubs, mail processing centers, and delivery offices across the United Kingdom.

Over the last 24 hours, Royal Mail’s air, rail, and road networks have all run on time.

However, the company’s mail centers are having some issues.

Unlike last week, when many mail centers had issues, today only one mail center has reported problems.

“Not all mail was processed or despatched on schedule over the weekend,” Royal Mail said, “and as a result, deliveries may be slightly later than expected.”

Bristol was the location of the mail sorting center in question.

“Some mail posted in other parts of the UK yesterday is due for delivery today to addresses in the BA, BS, GL, and TA postcode areas,” the company explained.

In terms of late parcel and letter deliveries, 29 postcodes are affected.

“Deliveries are operating normally across most of the country today,” Royal Mail said.

“We aim to deliver six days a week to all of the addresses for which we have mail.”

“This may be temporarily impossible in a small number of local offices due to local issues such as COVID-related self-isolation, high levels of sick leave, resourcing, or other local factors.”

“In those cases, we’ll rotate deliveries to keep individual customers from experiencing delays.”

“We also provide targeted support to those offices in order to address their issues and restore our service to the high standard that our customers expect.”

“We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience,” the company added.

Chipping Norton DO (OX7) is a town in the county of Oxfordshire, England.
