Woman accused of fraud, misuse of food stamps (The Buffalo News)

OLEAN — Kimberly M. Ketchner, 35, of Division Street, has been charged by Cattaraugus County sheriff’s deputies with nine counts of offering a false instrument for filing and misuse of food stamps.
