Two new businesses move into Belfast’s Vantage office development

Two new businesses will move into one of Belfast’s newest city centre office spaces, it can be revealed.

onsultancy firm Faithful+Gould will take a full floor at the new Vantage building on Great Victoria Street, which has been developed by MRP, a company linked to Co Tyrone construction giant McAleer & Rushe.

Meanwhile, Optical Express is also set to open a new eye clinic at the 67,500 sq ft grade A office space.

“Originally developed over 30 years ago, we have extensively refurbished this important building in the heart of Belfast through a contemporary and corporate design that is attracting a broad range of dynamic and ambitious businesses,” Stephen Surphlis, managing director of The Vantage developer MRP, said.

The Vantage is being marketed jointly by Lambert Smith Hampton and Osborne King.

Richard McCaig, director at Osborne King, said: “We are delighted with the level of interest in the building and discussions are on-going with a range of tenants across the professional and tech sectors for other floors. We also hope to announce a new tenant for the ground floor retail space in the coming weeks.”

And Greg Henry, director at Lambert Smith Hampton, said:” The quality of staff amenities and high levels of natural light offered in The Vantage create a superb working environment. Occupiers demand high quality modern space in order to retain and recruit staff, this is becoming increasingly important as people return to the office.”
