Who was Archie Eversole?

Born in 1984, Archie was one of Atlanta’s most prominent rappers.

As for his personal life, the rapper hailed from a non-musical family, according to All Music.

His father was in the navy and his mother was in the army. Both of them were stationed in Germany when he was born.

Archie’s popular single We Ready wasn’t just another catchy track, but it went on to become a high school football chant.

It’s been close to two decades since the song dropped and it remains relevant to date.

The strong lyrics of the song are meant to hype up the players.

You can watch the official video on Archie’s Vevo channel. However, it is warned that explicit language has been used in the song.
