The gender health gap has been the elephant in the room for too long. It is a known fact that despite living longer than men, women spend a greater proportion of their life in ill health and have been battling with a system which is not designed for them and is not listening to them.

As two women who have worked in the healthcare profession, we know first-hand the system needs to change and how important it is for us to get this right.
