The International Anti-Counterfeiting Coalition (IACC) announced it has filed an amicus brief with the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in support of Tiffany’s appeal in its lawsuit against eBay. The brief states that the Court should hold eBay contributorily liable for failing to prevent illegal sales of counterfeit and infringing goods on its site.
