FedEx says IRS withdrew proposed taxes, penalty (AP via Yahoo! Finance)

FedEx Corp. said Wednesday the IRS has withdrawn tentative taxes and penalties of more than $319 million stemming from whether the shipper incorrectly classified employees as independent contractors.
