Lanark Royal Mail distribution centre up for auction

A ROYAL Mail distribution centre investment in Lanark is being auctioned with a guide price of £550,000.

The heritable (freehold) interest in the distribution centre produces annual income of £42,500 is being offered for sale at the Acuitus auction on March 30th. Royal Mail has recently extended its lease on the Home Street property until 2035.

Mhairi Archibald of Acuitus commented: “This purpose-built industrial asset offers secure income from the Royal Mail which has recently consolidated its local distribution operations into this unit”.

The Acuitus auction will take place on Thursday March 30th at 2pm. It will be broadcast via livestream on the Acuitus website and offers online, telephone and proxy bidding.
