The Pascagoula post office has made its home in a trailer for more than three years, but that’s about to change, according to Postmaster Pam Lowery. The post office on Jackson Avenue will reopen Nov. 17, after a construction overhaul brought on by Hurricane Katrina’s 2005 landfall.
