eBay closes on acquisition of Maryland’s Bill Me Later (TechJournal South)

TIMONIUM, MD – eBay has closed its $945 million purchase of Bill Me Later, the online payment system that lets people buy without a credit card. eBay says it will combine the Bill Me Later product with its PayPal online payments system.
