Found in 1969, DHL provides international express mail service. It is a division of Deutsche Post DHL which is a German logistics company and is the world’s largest logistics company with its operation on rail, road, water as well as in air. It also provides warehousing solutions from storage, packaging, repair mail deliveries and also customized logistics services.

The founder of Amazon.com, Jeff Bezos attracted towards growth of internet reach in early 1990s and started this business in Seattle in 1995. Amazon is now a fortune five hundred company.

5. Blue Dart:

Blue Dart is an express courier delivery service, which provides parcel distribution facility, through cargo airline. DHL has acquired Blue Dart in 2004, and now has become the third largest express mail company. Blue Dart is the market leader in Indian logistics and express delivery market, which in total comprises of around $390 billion.

6. DB Schenker:

DB Schenker is a division of German rail operator Deutsche Bahn AG that provides logistic services. It comprises a logistic division that provides air, land and sea freight as well as has a rail division made of European rail freight companies. From 2007 onwards, they have succeeded in positioning themselves as one of the global logistics service providers with a strong foundation in the rail division.

7. Kuehne Nagel:

Kuehne + Nagel International AG (or Kühne + Nagel) is a worldwide transport and logistics organization situated in Schindellegi, Switzerland. It was established in 1890, in Bremen, Germany, by August Kühne and Friedrich Nagel. It gives ocean cargo and airfreight sending, contract logistics, and overland organizations with an attention on giving IT-based logistics arrangements.
