Royal Mail has the capability to deliver to approximately 31 million addresses in the United Kingdom, six days a week (excluding United Kingdom public holidays). Parcelforce Worldwide operates a separate United Kingdom network, which collects and delivers express parcels. The Company also owns General Logistics Systems (GLS), which operates a ground-based, deferred parcel delivery networks in Europe.
