Mel B confirms Spice Girls will reunite: ‘I’ll probably get told off!’

Good news for Spice Girls fans, as Mel B has finally confirmed the band will get back together later this year.

Scary Spice Mel revealed the good news on Loose Women this week.

The reunion will mark the band’s 30th anniversary.

Christine Lampard asked Mel about the rumours of a reunion, pleading: “We need happiness, we need empowerment back again, we need Spice Girls back basically.”

“Tell me about it” agreed Mel, as Christine pressed her for more information.

“Oh no, we are definitely doing something. I’m probably going to get told off, but I’ve said it. There you go.”

We love you for it though, Mel!

“We’ll be announcing at some point later this year. Now I’m going to be in trouble,” she joked.

The band were previously featured on a series of stamps for the Royal Mail.

Mel had hinted at a reunion when she appeared with Jimmy Fallon.

“Well, I’ve been saying this forever, but now we’re actually going to be releasing some really good news in about a few weeks that involves all five of us.”

The band previously reformed in 2019, without Victoria Beckham, Posh Spice.
