Paul Pritchard is a senior managing director in the FTI European tax advisory group and is based in London.

Paul has more than 20 years’ experience in UK corporate tax and has advised a wide range of clients on tax due diligence and structuring on corporate acquisitions and disposals including infrastructure funds. Paul also advises on tax matters relating to debt restructuring and corporate treasury.

Paul acted as a tax expert in Royal Mail Group Limited v. DAF Trucks Limited at the UK Competition Appeal Tribunal.

Paul is a member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Chartered Institute of Taxation. He graduated from the University of Cambridge with BA and MEng degrees in engineering.
