I bought a mystery box filled with Amazon returns for just £25 – and found £300 worth of goodies inside

An influencer who bought a mystery box of Amazon returns for £25 has revealed what she got for her money – as fans raved about how many items she received.

Becky Chorlton, from Lymm in Cheshire, purchased the item on eBay, where the seller claimed it was full of products that had been returned to Amazon.

The content creator, who is known for her thrifty tips and tricks, often posts about finding hidden gems at charity shops or car boot sales.

Becky enjoys trying her luck at buying lost suitcases or return pallets and searching through them to see if they are worth the money – or a waste of time.

She unwrapped the parcel and first dug out a pink mini fridge that seemingly looked new and came with a manual.

Becky then dug out a mini space heater that still had the cable tied up, along with a dehumidifier and air purifier from Cuqoo Home which retails for around £30.

Becky then got a rose pink Stacked lunch box, which is currently selling on Amazon for £8.99.

The TikToker seemed pleasantly surprised by the find and said: ‘I actually needed this.’

She unwrapped two more disposable dehumidifiers, a feather duster and some lights that people can install inside their cabinets.

Becky also got a simple black travel suitcase in her box, which had even more goodies packed inside of it.

She found an air bed, a cooling gel mat, a kid’s digital learning pad, plug hole covers and a beach mat.

Hiding in the bottom of the case was an LED light strip, a stationary set and a pair of clear glasses.

However, she could not use every item she received in the box, as one of the spotty travel duffel bags came with a rip in it.

Becky said she paid £25 for the parcel, including the delivery cost, and that everything works.

Various companies buy up and resell lost Royal Mail and Amazon parcels, which customers can then purchase.

If Amazon buyers believe their parcels are lost, the company urges buyers to get in touch with customer service to resolve the issue.

If your package shows as undeliverable, Amazon says they ‘will take care of the return and refund where applicable’

The clip posted by Becky – who has  274,000 followers on TikTok – was liked more than 12,000 times and fans commented their thoughts.

One wrote: ‘The luggage alone is worth it! You could resell some of those items.’ Another penned: ‘Just the case and heater is worth £25 together on its own.’

A third said: ‘It’s really good value but only if you were going to buy those items anyway. But I guess you can sell them on and make a profit.’ A fourth commented: ‘Yes worth it, if you can man make a profit at a car-boot sale.’
