New Canaan man accused of food stamp fraud (Stamford Advocate)

NORWALK – A New Canaan father of five was arraigned yesterday on charges of bilking the state out of more than $12,000 in food stamps while he controlled the bank account of an energy company and had hundreds of thousand of dollars in two investment accounts at his disposal.
