Queen Letizia looks lovely in lilac as she attends presentation on audio accessibility in Madrid

Queen Letizia of Spain stepped out in a stylish lilac ensemble as she attended a presentation on radio and audio accessibility for deaf people today.

The royal, 52, exuded style as she arrived for the presentation on National Radio for All; an initiative of RTVE and the Royal Board on Disability to make live radio accessible to deaf people, in Madrid on Monday.

The glamorous mother-of-two donned a smart but chic purple suit in a relaxed fit which was paired expertly with beige kitten heels and a high neck white t-shirt.

The Spanish royal perfectly paired the smart outfit with a sleek but simple makeup, adding a touch of smoke to her eyes and finishing the makeup with elegantly carved out eyebrows.

Letizia kept her glossy locks down at her shoulders, showing off her thick shiny brunette tresses.

The queen completed the look with a a set of three silver hoops in each ear. She accessorised the chic ensemble with a beige clutch bag in the same shade as her kitten heels.

The stylish suit is one previously worn by the queen, having first debuted the look 2021 when she attended a virtual event on World Cancer Research Day during the pandemic.

She donned the stylish look again earlier this summer while attending an event held at Boadilla del Monte.

The event was held at Casa de la Radio, a local radio station in the Spanish capital.

Attending the event without her husband, King Felipe, 56, Letizia arrived in Spain’s capital for the presentation on ‘Radio Nacional para Todos’ – translated to National Radio for All.

It detailed the work of RTVE, the Spanish Broadcaster, and the Royal Board on Disability to make live radio accessible to deaf people through new technological developments.

They will aim to make this a reality by incorporating subtitles, and later avatars, in sign language.

While attending the event, Letizia paused to pose for a picture with Minister Pablo Bustinduy Amador and the President of RTVE, Concepcion Cascajosa.

Last week, the Spanish royal stepped out in a dress from H&M during a red carpet event in Madrid, alongside her husband, King Felipe.

The glamorous royal opted to recycle a black midi frock from the 2018 H&M Conscious Collection; first seen on the royal last year at an awards ceremony in Girona.

While in 2023 she styled the uniquely decorated dress with silver court pumps, this year the fashionista went for something slightly different; and paired the look with a silver open toe block heels.

Perhaps still brimming with her birthday glow, Letizia was all smiles as she paced along the red carpet with her husband, even taking the time to stop and wave at guests and fans.

The frock’s added frills made for the perfect decoration on the already outstanding look. To top it off, she teamed her ensemble with a black and silver clutch bag.

For her make-up, she opted for a palette as glamorous as her style; choosing a glossy lip, sparkling peach eyeshadow and shimmering highlighter.

She further marked the occasion with her neatly styled brunette locks and glittering silver crystal hoops.

Her husband King Felipe also commanded attention the red carpet by wearing a suave black suit, light blue tie and black leather loafers.

The royal couple were in town for the opening of the Royal Theatre’s 2024/2025 season.
