Totton and Eling Girls U10s awarded Royal Mail grant for kit

Totton and Eling Girls U10s, a Division 1 team in the Hampshire Girls Youth Football League, were awarded the grant as part of Royal Mail’s Kits 4 Kids programme.

Greg Sage, Royal Mail’s deputy director for corporate affairs and ESG, said: “Our 130,000 people are at the heart of their communities across the UK, and Royal Mail’s Kits 4 Kids gives colleagues the opportunity to show their support and help young people get active in their local area.

Mike Minnock, Totton and Eling Girls U10s manager, said: “This support from Royal Mail is unbelievably welcome. The girls are very proud of their new kit and it helps them to feel like a ‘real team.’ It will help to promote girls’ football in our local area and show it is not a poor substitute to boys’ football.”
