Minister’s aide quits over plan for Royal Mail (The Herald)

The prospect of a large scale Labour revolt over the UK Government’s plan for a part-privatisation of the Royal Mail grew last night after an aide to the minister responsible for the Post Office quit, saying the proposal “beggars belief”.
