Royal Mail issues warning to 29 postcode areas – full list

Royal Mail has issued an apology for disruptions that will affect several postcodes across the country. The company, which aims to deliver mail to over 30 million addresses six days a week, has cited logistical issues and local problems affecting delivery offices as reasons for the delay.

In its latest update, Royal Mail stated that letters and parcels may take longer than expected to arrive in areas including London, Manchester, Leicester, and Dudley. The company said: “We aim to deliver to all addresses we have mail for, six days a week.”

However, due to factors such as high levels of sick absence, resourcing, or other local issues, this may not be possible in some areas.

On Wednesday, January 22, 29 postcodes were listed as being most impacted by these issues, reports the Express.
