FedEx cuts employees’ pay, suspends 401(k) payments (USA Today)

Package delivery giant FedEx is cutting pay for salaried personnel by 5% and suspending retirement plan contributions as it slashes costs because of a bleak economic outlook. CEO Fred Smith will take a 20% pay cut.
