ANALYSIS: Why the Post Office’s role in out-of-home delivery shouldn’t be underestimated

The UK Post Office has been subject to a number of negative headlines over the last year, mainly as a result of the Horizon IT scandal. However, the Post Office continues to be an essential part of the UK’s post and parcel ecosystem.

In this latest Last Mile Prophets video, Gary Winter and Marek Rozycki discuss the role of the Post Office alongside Royal Mail, and explain why its importance should not be underestimated.
