Roseville woman charged with 3 tax crimes (Minneapolis-St. Paul Star Tribune)

The operator of a St. Paul market who allegedly bought cigarettes over the Internet and sold them in her store has been charged with misdemeanors for buying tobacco from an unlicensed dealer and for possessing cigarettes without state tax stamps, the Minnesota Department of Revenue said.
