Cost of first and second-class stamps to rise AGAIN (Daily Mail: World News)

Royal Mail has came under fire for sneaking out plans for the biggest-ever rise in the cost of a stamp. From April, a first-class stamp will cost 39p, a rise of 3p or 8.3 per cent.
