Royal Mail to put 3p on a first-class stamp (Daily Mail)

Royal Mail has announced the biggest ever rise in the cost of a stamp. From April, a first-class stamp will cost 39p, a rise of 3p or 8.3 per cent, more than double the rate of inflation.
