Paul Milsom and Anthony Haydock have been appointed by Birmingham-based chartered surveyors and commercial property consultants Johnson Fellows to spearhead the growth and development of its lease advisory division.
Both Milsom and Haydock have joined from BNP Paribas Real Estate, bringing with them a wealth of experience and strong track records.

Milsom, a seasoned lease advisory specialist with over 24 years of experience, who will head up the lease advisory team, has also been appointed as joint senior partner.
During his career, he has advised a wide range of high-profile clients including Tesco, Birmingham City Council, Royal Mail, Central England Co-Operative, Network Rail, Post Office and National Grid.
His expertise spans rent reviews, lease renewals and strategic portfolio advice across the retail, office, and industrial sectors.
Associate partner Haydock also brings extensive industry knowledge and a client-focused approach that aligns with Johnson Fellows’ commitment to delivering tailored, high-quality property solutions.
Previously at BNP Paribas Real Estate, he formed part of the occupier solutions team for over seven years dealing with clients such as Accenture, Centrica and EDF Energy.
He transitioned three years ago to accelerate the growth of the company’s Midlands’ lease advisory team.
Hogarths Solihull has welcomed Tom Wells as its new executive head chef.
Wells joins the hotel, based in Dorridge, following six years at Harborne Kitchen and brings with him a wealth of international culinary expertise ranging from Michelin-starred restaurants to the Queen Mary 2 Cruise Liner.

In his new role, he will be overseeing all kitchen operations across the privately owned Hogarths Hotel in Solihull, including its fine dining offering.
Wells’s appointment marks an new chapter for the hotel and restaurant as it elevates its food offering, specialising in modern British fare sourced from the three counties of Herefordshire, Worcestershire, and Warwickshire.

During his time at Harborne Kitchen, Wells was instrumental in shaping the restaurant’s innovative menu, earning critical acclaim.
With a strong emphasis on seasonal cuisine and bold, refined flavours, he is set to bring a fresh and inspiring approach to the kitchens at Hogarths.
