The Print Show announces raft of new signings

The Print Show, a UK exhibition entirely dedicated to the UK print market, has announced a plethora of new signings in quick succession, with remaining spaces at the trade show quickly dwindling.

The Print Show returns from September 23rd to 25th at Hall 3 of the NEC in Birmingham, after a successful 2024 event that reported record sales.

Scheduled to run for the first time in 2025, The Sign Show will also take place alongside The Print Show this year. The co-located event is being billed as the UK’s “annual dedicated sign expo”, pledging to establish a show focused on signage solutions alongside print.

In the past 24 hours as of the time of writing (July 31st), electronics brand Anker, wide-format supplier Standing Stone, and software solutions provider Workflowz have all signed up as exhibitors to the event.

In the same day, print-focused recruitment firm, Matching Talent With Opportunity (MTWO) also signed up to the show for the first time, exhibiting alongside fellow print recruitment agency, Print Jobs.

In the previous week, the trade show also announced a raft of exhibitors, with some taking part in the event for the first time.

Exhibitors announced last week include print and embroidery magazine Images, B2B clothing distributor Ralawise (which will co-locate with Resolute DTF on Stand P510), signage tools distributor Signgeer, and dye sublimation equipment supplier Nova Chrome.

In the same week, set and stage builder and wide-format printer, Event Set Services, confirmed that it will attend the exhibition for its first year.

The signings are the latest for the trade show’s ninth instalment, following a number of high-profile announcements about major manufacturers which have chosen to exhibit this year.

Earlier in July, print press manufacturer Roland revealed that it will exhibit at The Sign Show 2025, using its stand to run live demonstrations of the Dimense DA-640, one of the latest additions to its portfolio of wide-format print solutions.

While it has been represented in previous editions of The Print Show by a number of distribution partners, Roland has never had its own stand at the exhibition.

In May, manufacturer HP also confirmed that it will exhibit at Stand S300 of The Sign Show after a six-year absence from UK print trade exhibitions.

HP will use the show to promote a range of its latest wide-format solutions including the HP Latex 730 and 830 series, as well as the recently released HP Latex R530.

Other manufacturers at this year’s event include Fujifilm, which will demonstrate new technology including the wide-format Acuity Triton, as well as Agfa, Epson, Inktec, swissQprint, and Vivid Laminating Technologies.

swissQprint will provide live demonstrations of its fifth generation of flatbed presses

Speaking about the event, Chris Davies, event and sales director of The Print Show, says: “The Print Show serves as an invaluable hub for visitors to learn more about the latest technologies available to the industry and find out how investment can help them to move into new areas and grow their business as a result.”

Davies stresses that final spaces for the show are filling up fast, with those interested in exhibiting encouraged to get in touch as soon as possible.

Davies adds: “Playing host to some of the biggest names in print manufacturing, as well as a number of specialists and niche brands, The Print Show enables visitors to speak with experts from all corners of the industry. With this and a number of in-show features to look forward to, the show is an absolute must-attend for anyone in UK print.”
