FTS Recovery Promotes Rachel Ennis to Associate Director

FTS Recovery has promoted corporate insolvency specialist Rachel Ennis to associate director, where she will head up a new centralised team of insolvency and recovery advisers across the Midlands.

Rachel has worked for FTS Recovery and its affiliated company FA Simms & Partners for five years, most recently as recovery manager, overseeing corporate insolvency cases including liquidations, company voluntary arrangements (CVAs) and administrations. A JIEB-licensed insolvency practitioner, she brings nine years’ experience in the sector.

Her appointment marks a rapid career progression since joining as an insolvency case manager in 2020. She will lead a team comprising senior recovery executive Laura Bodgi, who has 20 years’ experience and expertise in complex cases; Keeley Skinner, a specialist in members’ voluntary liquidations (MVLs); and Lucie Holmes, who recently joined as a trainee insolvency administrator.

Founded in 2020, FTS Recovery has grown into a leading boutique restructuring practice, working with SMEs across Northamptonshire, Leicestershire, and the wider Midlands. The firm provides tailored support to businesses facing financial challenges, with services spanning formal insolvency procedures, turnaround advice, and restructuring strategies.
